It wasn’t until I got brutally honest with myself and asked hard questions like, Why am I doing this? What do I truly want? that I realized I was living out of alignment with my values and desires. Self-awareness became the key to rediscovering my purpose and building the confidence to pursue it.

Confidence isn’t built overnight. It’s the result of consistent habits that reinforce your belief in yourself.
